Lets Fall.
Up here it is pretty lonely...all we wait is for our release and the great decent.
And when it begins everyone welcomes us with open arms, and we too can’t hide our joy, we glow...
Pretty short lived we are, but the pleasure we obtain and deliver, beats everything.
Our ends are equally varied in nature; there are just about no limits to the possibilities.
We add color to the world, we light up faces with a reason to smile and what can beat the manifestation of one’s prayer being answered. We live and die. But what we infuse is life in its most beautiful version.
And in our haste to reach our destination we just don't miss to enjoy the pleasure of the journey. We Live. We are pampered by the breeze, we are greeted by the sun or the moon for that matter, while everything else waits ...
Up here when we are about to decent, people might just say, "it might rain today".
And there we go...not knowing where we might end...we just glide…to glory.
Mountains are like waiting for us to blanket them, they are humble, they don't say much....just stand there, firm, unperturbed, like fathers....it’s when we touch them, then we get to know how they feel.
Seas and rivers are more forgiving, like mothers and sisters, where every drop is acknowledged and absorbed, like every child is seen and heard, it’s like a chuckle when the divine meet happens. On the water surface, it’s like a party going on, so many figures, so many shapes, often like crowns, it’s pretty noisy there, much like a reunion.
Trees and vegetation are our siblings, it’s like they raise their face up to hug us, and with all our pleasure, we are all over them, we cuddle up, we caress them and shower our love while we run through them.....just watch a tree after it has rained .... It’s beaming with joy.
It's all fine till here, but a little different when we encounter humans, as of late they have augmented adjectives like emotion, fake, hypocrisy: honestly it isn’t that real these days, but for children.
They make us proud when they greet us with open mouth and bright faces, wide open palms and closed eyes. Those innocent souls appreciate us in the true sense of the word, and we too are more than keen to oblige them.
And before it all ends we do leave a lesson for all, be it a drop which was absorbed in a pond or a drop which glittered like a diamond on a leaf, it was a drop in the beginning and remains a drop till the end : it is ironical that people chose to learn the converse….pun intended.

Gravity pulls...!
Our Weight...
There are people : who are apparently attached, relatively, more to the ground while other are not so much.
There are times : when one feels rather light, upbeat and up in the air and also when one feels heavy, as is the heart and so are the feet.
Every time one does an act justifying all the rationalities, an act which has helped one earn some real satisfaction, it adds more value and weight to one's self and one becomes more attached to the ground.
In due course of time, test and life, different forces try to sweep you off your feet, depending upon ones "weight" and one's will, one gets displaced or not. As in a normal gathered sense this displacement isn't just change in a situation or circumstance but it does has two effects, one, one looses some value earned (read weight) and two, one gets pushed a little behind the line, where one originally was.
Its all a part of the game which we and life play with each other.
Which side of the line we are, depends only on us.

A day in the life of Love ..huh..!
Whenever I come to think of Valentine’s Day, every year and ever since, it seems as if it is the most “emotionally felt” day.
It’s the day, for all who are in love or who think so, it’s also for those who are not in love and for those who want to be in love, also for the “moral police” and for the self claimed guardians of “culture”, it’s a day for journalists and reporters and for all those who watch……pretty heavily populated show with huge audience base, I would say.
Also it’s also a day of saying yes, or no, to say sorry or may be just simply s-a-y….something or just about anything.
It’s not only the celebrations that come to my mind, I tend to think of those temporal portable card carts replete with pictures of just one organ and in just one color. I also think of card shops enjoying best profits, florists running out of roses, venues for a romantic dinner over-booked or just about any other innovative form of manifestation of this intriguing chemical reaction in us...... Must be a tough time for all those who aren’t eligible to buy a card or a rose or do a booking. Nonetheless I am sure there must be a classified gentry who would still do the shopping without any intention of transaction………. “sensitive-optimistic-hoarders” ……….:)
It could well be a day of miracles, or a day of second chances, or even a day for the first timers, it could as well be a day of last chances. One could be surrounded with people today, one could be all by one’s self, or it might be just two of them.
It’s a day of all those whose love is reciprocated and those whose is not requited, yet. It’s a day of confessions, asking questions and seeking answers.
Eventually, the nature of sketch lines on ones face would be determined by the amount of faith one has shown in others intelligence and comprehension, the less one has better it is, because its this faith in others ability which saves so many love stories from coming to being, bilaterally, of course. Else they are literally aborted and the pain is duly inflicted.

Check and Mate and the King.
Majestic is the word for them. They are sure fear-worthy, but such is the magic around them when one sees them still or move, one is like hypnotized or dumbstruck.
Their reputation often precedes them. Amazing presence they have, we borrow its name to depict the element of strength and royalty, we have been naming our kids or teams after them. Their name is an attitude and a lifestyle in itself.
They have expansive territories, extending up to 100 square mile, no one can dare trespass. They carry a special mark on their forehead, similar to the ones worn by kings. Actually they are the king of their lands. Following their footsteps is the closest we can get to them, of course, in all fairness.
Though they are born blind but after some time their night vision is six times better than ours and the magnificent stripes they wear is pretty remarkable, beautiful and unique too, much like finger print is to us. And they are right at the top of what probably matters or should matter most to us, arguably, The Food Chain.
Don’t we all know it starts with a Tiger….!
Tiger is an umbrella species, which means, to save the tiger we need to protect its habitat and its prey, essentially, the complete food chain. And the converse is also true……no tiger - no food chain…which essentially terminates at us. So one need not be clairvoyant to see if we put in to save tiger we are doing our bit to save ourselves……unless we are very sure about December, 2012.
So, is it like do we need a selfish motive every time…..well yes may be….!
But the Tiger is dying.
Today the situation is critical, mind you, it’s not that new facts have come into being, it’s just that a shockingly insignificant number, numerically, has been stated now, 1411. Not decades before, they were being poached at a deadly rate of one kill a day. And the most convenient truth is that, a tiger has only one predator…..MAN.
Or probably that is the fate of National "things"...in our country.
National sport---- Hockey (dying).
National flower--- Better known as a political symbol.
National fruit---- Mango (best variety exported)

Come February
It's February.
Rather than celebrating love, courtesy my ineligibility, I intend to use this month to wing different pigeons of love on to their flights of fantasy.
It’s interesting to notice that love as a verb has so many different meaning and dimensions, as in one could love one's parents, or a view , or a movie or may be some stuff: but as a noun, it has just one meaning and only one dimension....you got it.
Most of us are love struck, may be genetically.
We tend to, or may be insist to view things through the colored and thin film of love, and many a times we zoom a little too much and adjust the lens so much that we often miss the mark.
Be it concoction of situation or circumstance, the attire, even the probable (read proposed) conduct and conversation is also not spared....everything is like documented...but by natures law....most things which happen in life are not planned.
It originally begins when the silence before the sleep descends, the lights go dim, eyes are closed but one can see everything clear, all these variants working together in tandem, co-ordinate to paint the most divine picture. This is the point in time when one actually cajoles a name, just a name, into a fully fledged epic. It is noteworthy how, with each carefully woven stitch the whole design is crafted with the most vibrant hues and strokes the night is slumbered away.
And then you carry the delicate crystal, all in your eyes, and in your walk is the purpose, wanting it to happen, it’s all well only till one gets into the designed set up, and then it all falls apart, and one can’t even collect the pieces. Honestly it’s not that painful as much it appears, not because it doesn’t hurt, but simply because one gets used to it……one does it so many times…..over and over….!
